The environment

We do business with environmental sustainability in mind. Conservation and recycling programs are in place through our 'Blue Goes Green' program, and we are a proud supporter of Walking Works and National Bike to Work Day.

Diversity and inclusion

We value our diverse employee population, and recognize that diversity in all forms leads to a working environment rich in unique perspectives, opinions and ideas. Diversity and cultural learning is fostered through an active Diversity Council that sponsors creative events throughout the year, including diversity fairs and Lunch 'n' Learns.
