Base Salary and Merit Increase:

  • We administer our base salary and annual merit increase programs to ensure that we attract, retain and motivate our talented staff and achieve our business objectives.
  • Our compensation programs are designed to foster a pay-for-performance environment and ensure a positive correlation between performance, pay and market value.
  • We take seriously our obligation to apply these programs equally to all staff regardless of race, sex, creed, color, national origin, age, sexual preference or disability and ensure they do not preclude satisfactory performance.
  • Merit increase program is administered each February and effective in April.

    Performance Bonus Program:

  • Our discretionary bonus program is a component of our annual Common Review Date process designed to provide an opportunity to earn variable, performance-based compensation.
  • Bonus funding ranges from 5% to 20% of eligible earnings, however, any award received is based on performance.  Eligibility is based on the provisions of our Performance-Based Program.
  • Performance Management Process (PMP)

Our PMP process partners managers with staff to develop key responsibilities and goals annually that provide a measurement of the performance and contributions of departmental, divisional and, ultimately, Association-wide goals.

The PMP strives to achieve the following results:

  • Contributions of each employee are maximized
  • Appropriate distribution of performance rewards/recognition
  • Employee performance needs are addressed
  • Expected results are achieved
