National Labor Office: Mission and Goals

The mission of the National Labor Office is to position the Blues as labor's healthcare partner of choice. Its goals are to:

• Enhance Plan sales and retention efforts in the collectively bargained and trust fund sectors
• Support and enhance the relationship between labor leaders, the NLO, and independent Blue Cross Blue Shield Plans
• Position the office to meet the needs and objectives of our labor customers in an ever changing market place.
