National Labor Office: Programs and Services
As today’s healthcare system becomes more complex, the NLO can help union representatives understand new health plan options and gain access to critical information that satisfy the needs of labor, management and health plans alike. The NLO also serves as a liaison between unions and Blue Cross and Blue Shield Plans to ensure that Blue products meet the labor community’s objectives. The NLO provides a broad range of educational and training services for labor representatives and offers consulting services to Blue Plans and labor leaders.
