Ed Caillier

Ed Caillier is currently Vice President of Benefit Design for U.S. Bancorp, a diversified financial services holding company with 54,000 employees headquartered in Minneapolis, MN.  U.S. Bancorp is the parent company of U.S. Bank, the 6th largest bank in the U.S. with over 2,500 branches in 24 states. 

Ed is responsible for strategy, design, vendor and financial management for the company's health, dental, life and disability benefit programs.  He has held various human resource management roles at other leading financial services and marketing firms in the Twin Cities. 

Ed earned his MBA at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN, and his undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota. 

Ed has held volunteer, committee or board roles at Groves Academy, University of Minnesota and AccountAbility Minnesota.
