Richard J. Lueders

Richard J. ("Rick") Lueders is Director of Human Resources – Compensation, Benefits & HRPT at DTE Energy, a Detroit-based diversified energy company involved in the development and management of energy-related businesses and services nationwide.

Lueders is responsible for the company's compensation and benefits programs, including all aspects of executive compensation.  He is also responsible for human resources information systems.

Lueders earned his MBA degree from the University of Connecticut and a B.A. from Holy Cross College.  He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Prior to joining DTE, Lueders was a managing consultant for a large multi-national consulting firm.  His corporate experience includes senior human resources management positions for United Technologies and PepsiCo Inc.
