CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield Now Offers National Dental Coverage to Large Groups

OWINGS MILLS, MD – CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield's (CareFirst) large group accounts now have access to a network of national dental providers. This national dental solution is administered by National Claims Administrative Services (NCAS) – and is also available to employees who live and work outside the CareFirst service area.

Through an arrangement with DenteMax – an independent, nationally-credentialed dental Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) – CareFirst group members can access a nationwide network of more than 75,000 dental providers. The DenteMax network is licensed in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Local CareFirst members will receive service through CareFirst's regional dental provider network.
