Marsh Re-Elected Chairman Of Blue Cross And Blue Shield Of Kansas Board Of Directors

Steven D. Marsh, a certified public accountant (CPA) from Wichita, was re-elected to a one-year term as chairman of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas Board of Directors at its annual meeting May 14 in Topeka.

Gary D. Shorman, Hays, was re-elected to a four-year term on the board of directors and also will serve a second one-year term as vice chairman. He is president/CEO of Eagle Communications in Hays.

Other directors elected to four-year terms were Leon J. Boor, retired administrator of Memorial Hospital, Abilene; Andrew C. Corbin, president/CEO of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas, Topeka; and, Susan M. Smith, vice president, Gossen Livingston Architecture, Wichita.

Other members of the board are James M. Alley, III, D.D.S., Wichita; Robin R. LacKamp, Concordia; Diane L. Lee, Hutchinson; Edward J. Miller, Iola; Louis E. (Gene) Mosiman, Topeka; Robert L. Mullen, Lyons; Thomas C. Simpson, M.D., Sterling; Steve W. Sloan, Pittsburg; Cathy Mih Taylor, M.D., Chanute; and, Kenneth W. Winter, Dodge City.
