How do you use the Find My Plan tool?

There are two methods to utilize the Find My Plan tool for locating your local BCBS company:

  • You may search by entering the ZIP Code corresponding to your place of residence. If your insurance is provided through your employer, please use the ZIP Code of your workplace. Should you require additional assistance identifying your BCBS company, kindly contact your employer.
  • Current BCBS members can also search by entering the first three letters of the Identification Number found on your member ID card.
